PROGRAMS
Summer
Missions Project
The summer missions project regularly
allows up to four young men to travel extensively for
three months with one
of the leading staff of the ministry. Young men,
committed to Christ, and recommended by their home churches
are selected to experience ministry first hand. The results
of these efforts in the past has made the allocated sizable
budget more than justifiable. To date, every young man
that has completed this two year program has selected
full-time work as a life career. It is from this long
list of qualified young men that the present group of
regional directors has been chosen. Please contact
us for an application if you're
interested.
5 Year Discipleship Program
For those unable to take part in the intense summer mission project, this program is a wonderful alternative. Most correspondence is done on line and via telling phone and only limited travel is required.
Ordination
and Preparation/Church Revitalization
The ordination and
preparation ministry equips the body
with able and called students of the
Word. Because of this unique service,
Challenge Ministries has been called
on to restructure churches and para church
organizations and to train teachers,
pastors, laypersons, deacons, trustees,
elders, youth workers and nearly every
other office or department in the local
church. The detailed attention given
to the teaching aspect of the local assembly
has allowed the O and P program to become
an active part of the ministry package
year round employing every member of
the CM staff.
