Airfare: ~$7000 Roundtrip

$3500/person based on best airfare quote. This does not include transportation within countries (Bus, train, etc.). We have included a flexible three weeks to pursue other medical ministry opportunities, primarily in India.

Itinerary:

Minneapolis, MN — Kathmandu,Nepal (Bus to Tansen) — Bombay, India (train to Bangalore India) — La Paz, Bolivia (Bus or flight to Cochabamba, Bolivia) — Minneapolis, MN.

Living Expenses: ~$2640

Nepal – 1 month: $240 for room (based on approximately $8/day for 4 weeks).

India – 2.5 months: $600 for room based on $10/day for room in Bangalore and NGO social housing.

Bolivia – 3-4 months: $1800. Plan to stay with host families through the Christian Spanish School, Centro De Idiomas Buenas Nuevas. Monthly rate is $225/person for room and board.

Most sources have suggested we budget a minimum of $50/week/person for living expenses.

Fees for Christian Spanish School & Associated Ministries: ~$3800.

Includes three months language instruction, ministry startup fees.

Visas: ~$500

Travel visas for Nepal, India, and Bolivia.

Total for above mentioned expenses: $13,940

This does not include other miscellaneous expenses including travel within countries.
